Today, Another one for the Small Guy

This is my call to Action, I will become the Mayor of Stockton, my favorite City In America.  It is the All-American City, a tradition rich area in the Fertile Valley.  I am not sure if the Population is accurateley reflected on the City Limit Signs seen as you approach.
