An able minded Response to Vice President Joe Biden's comments on gun control; He's GUILTY!

DANVILLE, KY - OCTOBER 11: U.S. Vice President Joe Biden speaks during the vice presidential debate at Centre College October 11, 2012 in Danville, Kentucky. This is the second of four debates during the presidential election season and the only debate between the vice presidential candidates before the closely-contested election November 6. (Photo by Alex Wong/Getty Images) Photo: Alex Wong, Getty Images

Is Joe Biden dyslexic, or can he not read english? Because he's missing a common fundamental about our constitutional right to bear arms. Doesn't he know the FBI, CIA, and DHS have reported that Americans have been buying so many guns, that stores are running out, and some have sold out. Plus several manufacturers have gun shops on back-order. Not to mention nearly 85% of Americans favor no new restrictions on any type of guns (when they poll in larger test groups).

According to the VP's speech on limiting the rights of gun owners, if he believes that the majority of Americans are in agreement with their plan to make more regulations that will further restrict law abiding citizens from owning guns, specifically, but not limited to "Assault Weapons."

I am going to write a writ of mandate against Obama, Biden, Feinstein, and any others who enact any type of altercation to the second amendment of our constitution, based on the fact it states that:

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

What this explains is that each state should have a well regulated militia to protect its people from a rogue federal government, or coup. This militia can be made up of concerned citizens, who are using their right to bear arms to protect their freedom, as well as the rest of their rights. Also it is allowing the states to refuse any federal weapons ban, due to the fact that the constitution in this great country holds supremacy to any type of new statute or law being imposed, and the last part states that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. This means what it says, it doesn't imply anything about hunting, or "sportsmen," nor does it give the President, Congress, or any other branch of government any jurisdiction to amend or even discuss even the slightest modification to the second amendment right of any sort.

Infringed is defined as:
1. To actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.): "infringe a copyright".
2. To act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on: "infringe on his privacy".

This means that Joe Biden and Barack Obama, have already committed Userption, which is trying to manipulate the masses to deprive us of our constitutional rights, which were endowed by our creator. Being the President, Vice President, Senator, or Congressman and being guilty of this act is also guilty of Treason, based solely on the fact that they are not upholding their oath of office, because it states nothing about saving the children of America anywhere in the Oath of office.

My last warning to America is the reason for the use of the name "assault Weapons," which can eventually be interpreted as all guns, that has a purpose of being used as means to assault someone, which all guns do. It is so vague, given that it is a hot subject as of late, so be ready when in a few more years to stand up and fight for our rights! They want us to have less firepower than them, because they are worried of a revolution now that they have crossed the line.

This is a subject I care deeply about, as I am a legal scholar, and I had taken this pledge when I ran for Mayor last year, swearing to uphold, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States from terrorists both foreign and domestic.

America, please do not trust anything stated by this tyrannical coup a.k.a. "The Obama Administration," they are using the media to divert the citizens from our god given rights.

P.S. Remember the holocaust happened after they disarmed the jews. It is our choice whether we choose to LIVE FREE or DIE HARD!

here are some good images that explain my reasoning in short.

You still don't believe us about the Re-Education Camps?

This video is dated 1982, and this guy was an informant for the Cincinnatti Police Department, he infiltrated the Liberal terrorist group known as Weather Underground.

Obama's College Classmate: ‘The Obama Scandal Is at Columbia’ - Greg Hengler

Obama's College Classmate: ‘The Obama Scandal Is at Columbia’ - Greg Hengler: "Normally I don't give a rip about the "I know something you don't know about Obama" story, but this one is absolutely fascinating.

Wayne Root over at the Blaze penned this beauty. Here's a how he concludes: Why are the college records, of a 51-year-old President of the United States, so important to keep secret? I think I know the answer. If anyone should have questions about Obama’s record at Columbia University, it’s me. We both graduated (according to Obama) Columbia University, Class of ’83. We were both (according to Obama) Pre-Law and Political Science majors. And I thought I knew most everyone at Columbia.

I certainly thought I’d heard of all of my fellow Political Science majors. But not Obama (or as he was known then- Barry Soetoro).

I never met him. Never saw him. Never even heard of him. And none of the classmates that I knew at Columbia has ever met him, saw him, or heard of him. But don’t take my word for it. The Wall Street Journal reported in 2008 that Fox News randomly called 400 of our Columbia classmates and never found one who had ever met Obama."

CNN: 100,000+ Signatures On Texas Petition To Secede From The Union

It is not treason, so why not let it happen? If anything, Obama has been treasonous, by not supplying the public with a real birth certificate, warrantless wars waged, and he isn't upholding the constitution.

Romney Doesn’t Know Why Airplane Windows Won’t Open, Calls The Closed Window Policy ‘A Real Problem’

Is this guy even seriousanymore?? We want Ron Paul to lead the GOP, from Today forward, Deport BHO and Nimwit Mitt, being that they are both foreigners, neither one is a natural born citizen, so ??? W ? T ? F ??

As if thats not bad enough, he goes jumping off his platform again, this time like a sheet in the wind:

Romney Doesn’t Know Why Airplane Windows Won’t Open, Calls The Closed Window Policy ‘A Real Problem’

Caity Weaver
Affluent Imagineer Mitt Romney has some exciting new proposals for the future of airplane design, according to some remarks he made to the LA Times at a fundraiser in Beverly Hills Saturday Night.

Romney was speaking to the Times about his chevalier Ann's brush with danger last week, when a plane on which she was a passenger was forced to make an emergency landing after an electrical fire caused the cabin to fill with smoke.

"When you have a fire in an aircraft, there's no place to go, exactly, there's no - and you can't find any oxygen from outside the aircraft to get in the aircraft, because the windows don't open. I don't know why they don't do that. It's a real problem. So it's very dangerous."

INFO WARS: Alex Jones shows military support of American Citizens

PART 1 of 3

PART 2 0f 3

PART 3 of 3
Rep. Walter Jones, a North Carolina Republican, has introduced H. Concurrent Resolution 107, which calls on the House, the Senate Concurring, to prevent Obama from starting another war without authorization from Congress. The resolution was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary on March 7.

Obama has violated article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution.

Obama's unconstitutional decision to involve the U.S. in the illegal attack on Libya without the consent of Congress motivated at least some members of the House of Representatives to demand an explanation. On June 3 of last year, the House passed a resolution demanding that the president provide an explanation to the American people, a request that was ignored by Obama and his administration.

Rep. Jones' resolution states that any use of military force by Obama without explicit consent and authorization of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

It will be interesting to see if the resolution makes it out the Committee on the Judiciary. It was virtually ignored by the corporate establishment media.

The resolution reads as follows:

Mr. JONES submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

Whereas the cornerstone of the Republic is honoring Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution."

Letters that point to Obama's Real Father

In the gangling hours Thin, adolescent hours Before night runs softly Away into the west Anne rises wearily From her tired bed And sleeps Sitting in a chair.

“If ‘Flo’ was based on Margaret Burroughs,” Gilbert argues, “then I consider it very possible the character of ‘Anne’ is based on Ann Dunham.”

The 1982 letter confirms his propensity for underage sexual relationships. Then 76 years old, Davis provides details to Burroughs of a sexual relationship he was then having with an underage girl in Hawaii.

In the penultimate paragraph of the letter, Davis bragged to Burroughs about his affair:

“Currently my No. 1 woman here is a gorgeous and sexy girl with a face like Brooke Shields who became 17 two weeks ago today. But girls here develop early and rapidly. I have had my eye on her since I first saw her at 13. I knew she would be a mind blower. I didn’t see her again until March of this year and then things began. We had a real wild time for 6 ½ months despite her youth. It has now calmed down but we still maintain a ‘working’ relationship. This girl is Hawaii, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish and Irish.”

Ann Dunham, born Nov. 29, 1942, was 18 years old when Barack Obama was born on Aug. 4, 1961.

Davis remained close to Burroughs

The 1982 letter Davis penned to Burroughs documents that Davis remained on close, friendly terms with her, decades after he moved from Chicago and their sexual relationship had ended.

In the 1982 letter, Davis acknowledges that Burroughs had asked him to send her some new poems, writing as follows:

“At last we have something again on which we can cooperate. Of course I’ll send 10 poems with the essential information by your deadline of Dec 30th. However experience has taught me to expect little in the area of royalties so I won’t expect much. But I do hope we will all be surprised.”

In his autobiography “Livin’ the Blues: Memoirs of a Black Journalist and Poet,” Davis discussed on Page 341 his continuing relationship with Burroughs.

Writing about a project to republish a collection of his poems for use in black studies programs at the college level, Davis recounted the following:

“The groundwork was laid in March of 1972 when an old friend, Dr. Margaret Goss Burroughs, curator of the DuSable Museum of African American History in Chicago and herself a talented writer and artist, visited Honolulu with her husband, Charles, and sister, Marion. I had known Margaret since 1940 when I was director of public relations for the first National Negro Exposition at the Chicago Coliseum. She asked if I would consider appearing in Chicago to read my poetry. This thought had never crossed my mind.”

Gilbert pointed out that even when his relationships with women began with a sexual relationship, Davis tended to keep friendships with these women and their families for decades after the sexual relationship ended.

In his documentary, Gilbert shows that Ann Dunham gave her father, the “Gramps” of Obama’s autobiography “Dreams From My Father,” instructions to make sure young Barry would be taken regularly to visit Davis. “Obama chronicles his childhood interaction with Davis in his autobiography by mentioning ‘Frank’ 25 times, the only person Obama refers to by using his real first name instead of a completely fabricated pseudonym” Gilbert stressed.

“In addition, the neighbors of Frank Marshall Davis have said Obama began visiting Davis every week regularly at his home on Kalihi Street from the time Obama was 10 years old. Why?” Gilbert asks. Gilbert, noting Dunham “engaged in nefarious activities with Davis, who was likely involved in pornography and prostitution,” asked “why would she bring 10 year-old Barry back from Indonesia and tell her father something to the effect of, ‘I’m going back to Indonesia, but please take young Barry to Frank’s house a few times a week.’”

“The only scenario where Obama’s regular visits as a child to Frank’s house makes sense is if Davis was the real biological father,” Gilbert asserts.

Targeting Tehran: 'US nearly daring Iran to strike first'

DHS Orders 1.4 Billion Rounds of Hollow Tip Ammo

Dept. of Homeland Security ordered 1.4 BILLION ROUNDS of hollow point ammunition. A department that has no Constitutional military or police force under their direction!!!! Why would they need this?
In March of this year, ATK announced that it had received an ID/IQ award from the Department of Homeland Security for 450 million rounds of .40cal jacketed hollow point ammunition to be shipped to various locations in the U.S.

On 8/10/12, DHS issued an updated solicitation for 750 million more rounds, the greatest majority of it being hollow point type ammunition that includes handgun, rifle, and shotgun items. The Solicitation number is

HSFLGL-12-B-00003, with an original date of 7/18/2012. It must be urgent because potential vendors are required to respond by 8/20/2012.

Additionally, the Social Security Administration is soliciting contractors for 174,000 rounds of ".357 Sig 125 gr. bonded jacketed hollow point pistol ammunition". The National Oceanic and Atmospheric

Administration just ordered 46,000 rounds of hollow point ammunition. This totals over 1.2 BILLION rounds of the most lethal ammunition in the world being purchased by departments of our federal government that are NOT primarily responsible for the defense of the country, and don't have military forces.

The "cover story" is that all of this is for training and target practice. However, hollow points are not generally used for target practice. They are meant to maim and kill, and they are significantly more expensive than standard full metal jacket target ammunition. While we sincerely doubt that the cover is true, even if it were this training extravagance hardly seems a wise use of taxpayer monies.

More to the point, what is it that this incredibly absurd amount of ammunition is being used to prepare for? There are only two generally reasonable explanations:

1. DHS, under some Presidential order, has decided to become one of the primary defenders against an invasion of our country, and based on the timeframes noted in the solicitations feel that a threat is imminent.

This does not seem likely for several reasons. If that was the case, surely the administration and Congress would owe their bosses—WE THE PEOPLE—an explanation of this imminent threat and a plan. Second, we do not recall any Constitutional authority for this type of action on DHS' part. It would seem the DEFENSE DEPARTMENT might also have a problem with that. Lastly, we believe hollow point ammunition violates the Geneva Convention Rules of War.

OR

2. These agencies are preparing, under a paranoid internal plan, for some sort of major domestic event or civil unrest. Based on the ammo ordered, both in type and quantity, as well as other military equipment being solicited in large numbers, it appears the plan is to be ready and somewhat offensive in their approach to United States Citizens. The very people they are responsible to protect have now become the targets of hollow point ammunition, not allowed in WAR, by our own government. As silly as it may sound, this is more plausible than #1 above. How can that be?

Outside-the-Box Thinking: Ron Paul as Romney's VP

By Kathleen Ann | Yahoo! Contributor Network

Political rumors abound about Mitt Romney's vice presidential pick -- especially with public backing this week of Condoleezza Rice from high-profile conservative voices. Whom Romney will choose between now and the Tampa convention is anyone's guess. But who is No. 1 on some GOP voters' wish lists? Here's one Republican's perspective:

COMMENTARY | My first choice for Mitt Romney's GOP running mate is, hands down, Ron Paul. The Texas representative is the only candidate who can target a growing demographic of voters like me who do not fit into the status quo GOP box.

He is, for me and many others, a beacon of hope for small government with less involvement and control over our day-to-day lives. His sound fiscal policies, such as auditing the Federal Reserve and desire for less claustrophobic regulations, are also extremely appealing.

As a "liberty-oriented" Republican, I often balk at the way Republican Party leadership attempts to impose morality upon others. Paul's libertarian ideals would allow me to breathe freely, knowing that someone holding a high political office is concerned about protecting my civil liberties.

Many Republicans balk at Paul's high-minded ideals in terms of foreign policy and restructuring and shrinking the federal government. Running as the GOP's vice presidential nominee would put him in a position where his platforms would not seem as "all or nothing" as they might on a presidential platform. Also, by giving Paul the nomination for vice president, it would prevent a potentially damage party split -- were Paul to run as an independent candidate, hurting Romney in the process.

Are Paul's ideas are "scary"? They are certainly outside the box. But free trade and nonintervention can lead to peace and prosperity within our nation. Running on a vice presidential ticket, Paul would be able to gather supporters from all ends of the spectrum: Republicans, independents, and even Democrats. I personally know many voters who are of a "Paul or No One" mindset this election season.

Give Me Liberty, or Give Me Death!

“THIS IS THE MOST LIBERTARIAN GENERATION THAT’S EVER EXISTED”

Will public disgust with creeping government drive more people than ever toward limited government principles? A very good and interesting story from Illinois’ The Telegraphabout how the movement Ron Paul ignited now also correlates with public attitudes and national trends:

To begin: This is not a story about Ron Paul.

Not exactly, anyway. And yet to get where we want to go we will start at OPA!, a Greek restaurant on the edge of town where Clark County Republicans and tea party conservatives gathered on Nevada primary night for what looked undeniably like a Ron Paul rally.

In one corner was Cindy Lake, the acting chair of the Clark County Republican Party and a delegate to this summer’s Republican National Convention. A self-described “libertarian Republican constitutional conservative,” Lake became a Paul convert in 2007 after she heard him advocate for something she passionately supports: the freedom to buy raw milk.

Nearby stood Megan Heryet, celebrating her GOP primary victory in a state Assembly race. Heryet, a real estate agent, substitute teacher and mom, is hardly a Paul fanatic. But she did back him in Nevada’s caucuses earlier this year, primarily because she is a big proponent of being free to make decisions such as choosing to give birth to her second child at home instead of a hospital. “It’s about being left alone,” she said.

And there were the Bunce brothers, Richard and Carl, who marshaled a four-year “Paulist” takeover of the Nevada Republican Party. The tax system is their biggest irritation. “This is the land of the free,” said Carl. “How free are we when we’ve got a government that can choose how much money we keep in our paycheck?”

But we promised this wouldn’t be about Ron Paul and, in fact, it really isn’t. Rather it’s about unpasteurized milk and home births and taxes and, yes, freedom.

Something’s going on in America this election year: a renaissance of an ideal as old as the nation itself – that live-and-let-live, get-out-of-my-business, individualism vs. paternalism dogma that is the hallmark of libertarianism.

Paul, the Texas congressman and GOP presidential hopeful who champions small government and individual liberty, is one manifestation of it. We saw that with his rising popularity during the Republican presidential primary season and, now, the recent “takeovers” of political conventions in Nevada, Minnesota, Maine, Louisiana and elsewhere that will result in a sizable faction of Paul delegates at the GOP convention come August…

But what looms are far larger questions about whether an America fed up with government bans and government bailouts – with government, period – is seeing a return to its libertarian roots. And, if so, what that might mean in a potentially close presidential race and long after election 2012 is a mere memory.

“There’s this kind of growing distrust of the institutions of government, and so it leads folks to step back and say, ‘Well if they’re not working, then we ought to have less of them in our lives,”‘ said Wayne Lesperance, director of tmw Hampshire.

Paul’s libertarian message joins people “who probably under any other circumstances would not see the world the same way and gets them politically involved,” Lesperance said. “It is a challenge for the Republicans to wrap their arms around this and harness this in a way that gets them an electoral victory.”

"Regardless of popular belief, Romney has yet to actually clinch

This will all be hotly debated this week as thousands converge on the Las Vegas Strip for a libertarian fete called FreedomFest. U.S. Sen. Rand Paul – Ron’s son and the future hope of many limited-government enthusiasts – will speak, along with a slew of libertarian-leaning politicians, scholars, economists and entrepreneurs, from Whole Foods CEO John Mackey and publisher Steve Forbes to Gary Johnson, the Libertarian Party’s nominee for president.

When the festival first began in 2002, some 850 people attended. Last year, there were 2,400. Festival founder and economist Mark Skousen will tell you this is a sign, albeit a small one, that libertarianism – or something an awful lot like it – is surging.

“It is a rebirth,” said Skousen, and a reaction to a feeling shared by many that America has moved too far afield from its founding principles. “This country was established for the very thing that we’re fighting right now: excessive government control of our lives. In today’s world everything is either prohibited or mandated. … You have to have medical insurance. You have to wear a seat belt. … They have to pat you down (at the airport).”

Skousen has a simple analogy for all of this: “If you restrict a teenager, they rebel. I think that’s what people are feeling…”

In its annual governance survey conducted last fall, Gallup found that a record-high 81 percent of Americans were dissatisfied with the way the country was being governed. There were increases, too, in the responses to questions that gauge a more libertarian-view of governance: A record 49 percent said they believed government posed “an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens”; 57 percent believed the federal government had too much power; and 56 percent said they would be willing to pay less in taxes and accept fewer services (a position advocated during the campaign by Paul)…

Many pondered why Ron Paul, at 76 years old, attracted some massive crowds of 20-somethings to his rallies and, according to exit polls, consistently won the 18-29 age bracket early in primary season in states such as New Hampshire and Iowa.

Twenty-six-year-old (Students for Liberty President) Alexander McCobin has a response for that: “This is the most libertarian generation that’s ever existed, and it’s because libertarianism is just correct…”

To any remaining naysayers, they warn that this is neither a passing fad nor a “Ron Paul phenomenon” that will fade once he’s gone from the scene. They see hope in other up-and-coming libertarian-leaning Republicans: Justin Amash, a Michigan congressman seeking re-election whom Reason magazine christened “the next Ron Paul”; Kurt Bills, a Minnesota state representative who is running for U.S. Senate; and, of course, Rand Paul.

“Everything we’ve done up to this point is based on ideas. … It carries on well past Congressman Paul,” said Carl Bunce. “Hopefully we’ll start to bring more voters to bear into the Republican Party – all those apathetic voters that were like myself.”

When that happens, he said, “our ideas of liberty and freedom will persist.”
