Obama Needs approval from Congress to get Involved in Syria, Period!

In the recent attacks on Syrian Civilians in which Chemical Weapons were deployed, the U.K and the U.S. are both saying that it was done by the Assad Regime. Without citing any evidence, Obama has stated that there is little doubt that these bio-bombs were used by the Syrian Government against it's own people. Over 1,000 people were killed as a result of the attack.

Back in 2011, Vice President Joe Biden threatened Obama with Impeachment if he chooses to start another war without the approval of Congress, who has the sole authority to deploy the U.S. Armed Forces abroad.

New DHS Informant Leaks a Shocker

"There's a Russian, Chinese, Islamic military invasion here in the U.S.A," Wiles forcefully told his audience, Wednesday.

In previous broadcasts, the 12-year Christian radio veteran has passionately pleaded with his listeners to prepare for startling changes coming to the United States—changes so horrific, that even he admits may sound crazy if the information wasn't being told to him by long-time, credible and proven sources.

"But I spoke with a close friend, whom I've known for many years. This couple is well-connected to important business and political people. They have a personal friend who is an agent for [the Department of] Homeland Security. The agent promised to alert them if he ever heard anything significant that warranted immediate preparation.

"For years, he said nothing until now. He told them there's talk inside Homeland Security offices that Russian Spetsnaz commandos are infiltrating into the U.S.A from Canada. He said it's been underway all summer, and he estimated the number of commandos at the present time inside the U.S.A to be in excess of 20,000."

The most intimate knowledge of the coming danger to the U.S. comes to him off air, Wiles says, as his sources seek to distance themselves from the information for the purposes of their own safety as well as the safety of their families. Because of his position as a journalist, radio host and trusted leader of the Christian community, Wiles receives the most sensitive information 'off the record' in the hopes that others who speak 'on the record' will be taken seriously.

"If I didn't know the integrity and the high-level connections and the social standing of my friends, I would never pass this on to you on the radio," Wiles explains. "But I know this couple. Let me tell you, financially, socially, I'm at the bottom of their friends list. They run with the big dogs. Therefore, when they tip me off that they got a call from a friend inside DHS with this kind of information, I don't dismiss it lightly as a conspiracy rumor."

Previous reports of Russian military personnel participating in joint 'civil drills' with local law enforcement at Ft. Carson, Colorado between May 24 and 31 of this year may have had something to do with the ongoing clandestine immigration of Russian commandos alleged by Wiles' source, but a possible reason for the stealth entry into the U.S of 20,000 troops wasn't ventured during Wiles' Wednesday's disclosure.

However, a source to Wiles of more than a decade ago offers the possibility of a much more nefarious explanation for the infiltrating Russian commandos that can be traced back more than 30 years.

"I spent several days with Colonel Stanislav Lunev in 1999," says Wiles. "He was my guest when I lived in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Colonel Lunev is the highest ranking Russian GRU military spy ever to defect to the West. . .

"One of his assignments was to find places to hide nuclear suitcase bombs inside the U.S.A. You can read about it in his book, Through the eyes of the enemy.

"Colonel Lunev personally told me that the Russians were bringing nuclear, biological and chemical weapons into the U.S.A throughout the 1970s and 80s by smuggling them over the Mexican border.

"Colonel Lunev said there are Russian Spetznazs commandos coming in and out of the U.S.A every month disguised as tourists, professors, doctors, reporters; they come and go."

The implications of, even, an attempted ground invasion by sleeper Russian commandos, in addition to other hostile sleeper cells rumored to be hibernating on American soil, are staggering, but also raise the possibility that a false-flag of an invasion may be planned as the excuse to lock-down America during a currency crisis.

Could something as bizarre as an attack by foreign rebels lurking in wait the plan for legitimizing a decree of martial law from the White House? Would another bigger and more horrific 9/11-like event of that magnitude be planned to mask the real reason for a dollar collapse? How else would Washington divert the wrath of an irate citizenry armed to the teeth when food and basic necessities go wanting for days, weeks or maybe months?

Trends Research Institute Founder Gerald Celente told Lew Rockwell of the von Mises Institute, Tuesday, "I believe we're facing another 9-11 moment of some sort. Whether it's false-flag [or] real. Whether it's economic or geopolitical, something in my bones is telling me that you better be prepared now, because this thing is coming down fast."

Major Health Insurers Opt Out of CA's State-Run Market

Millions of Californians could face higher health insurance premiums next year after some of the nation's most prominent health insurers refused to sign up for California's new state-run health insurance exchange.

The move could signal a rocky road ahead for the national rollout of expanded health coverage under Obamacare.

According to The Los Angeles Times, UnitedHealth, the nation's largest private insurer, Aetna, and Cigna all are opting out of Covered California, the state insurance exchange, which announced Thursday morning the winning bidders and their proposed rates and plans for as many as 5 million people shopping for coverage next year.

The goal of the exchange is to offer individuals and small businesses a choice of private health plans similar to those that workers at large companies already receive. But with fewer insurers participating, some argue that individuals will face significantly higher premiums and fewer choices.

Lindsey Williams told Jones his source -- described only as a CEO in the Big Three Oil industry who traveled in Bilderberger circles -- is suffering from terminal cancer and "spilled his guts" to him on particular details of the globalist agenda now unfolding.

Pastor Williams said the world is now at a critical phase in the globalist takeover scheme and that within the next few months we will witness the following important developments.

Watch Russia and China

The globalists plan to use China and Russia to strangle America and Europe and eventually reduce both to third-world status.

Lindsey underscored the importance of a major oil export deal between Russia and China. "China reached a long-term deal to lend $25 billion to two Russian energy companies in exchange for an expanded supply of Russian oil, highlighting how the world's No. 3 economy is using its financial muscle to lock up access to natural resources," the Wall Street Journal reported in February. "Russia wants to secure customers and find a counterbalance to its dependence on Western Europe."

According to Williams, trade between Russia and China will be not be conducted using the world's reserve currency -- at present the U.S. dollar -- and this will further erode the value of the dollar and hasten its demise. In addition, the new trade will likely be used to bribe Europe into paying higher prices or possibly lose altogether its energy source provided by Russia.

This prospect become painfully obvious in January when Russia and Belarus failed to renew an agreement on crude oil export tariffs and a cut-off of oil threatened the European continent.

China is now the world's largest energy consumer, having just passed the United States. As China becomes the preferred globalist model for the 21st century, its need for energy will come into conflict with the west.

On October 19, the New York Times reported on China's aggressive stance on resources. "China, which has been blocking shipments of crucial minerals to Japan for the last month, has now quietly halted some shipments of those materials to the United States and Europe, three industry officials said this week," thus exacerbating already rising trade and currency tensions with the West.

Arpaio: Obama birth record 'definitely fraudulent'

PHOENIX (AP) — Investigators for an Arizona sheriff's volunteer posse have declared that President Barack Obama's birth certificate is definitely fraudulent.

Members of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's posse said in March that there was probable cause that Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House in April 2011 was a computer-generated forgery.

Now, Arpaio says investigators are positive it's fraudulent.

Mike Zullo, the posse's chief investigator, said numeric codes on certain parts of the birth certificate indicate that those parts weren't filled out, yet those sections asking for the race of Obama's father and his field of work or study were completed.

Zullo said investigators previously didn't know the meaning of codes but they were explained by a 95-year-old former state worker who signed the president's birth certificate. Zullo said a writer who published a book about Obama's birth certificate and was aiding investigators let them listen in on an interview he conducted of the former state worker.

The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio's allegations.

The Arizona Democratic Party said in a statement that Arpaio's investigation is intended to draw attention away from problems within his own agency, such as hundreds of sex-crime cases that the sheriff's office failed to adequately investigate over a three-year period.

So-called "birthers" maintain Obama is ineligible to be president because, they contend, he was born in Kenya.

Obama released a copy of his long-form birth certificate in an attempt to quell citizenship questions.
Courts have rebuffed lawsuits over the issue.

(Reuters) - Stockton, California, became the largest city to file for bankruptcy in U.S. history on Thursday after years of fiscal mismanagement and a housing market crash left it unable to pay its workers, pensioners and bondholders.

The filing by the city of 300,000 people followed three months of confidential talks with its creditors aimed at averting bankruptcy.

"We are now a Chapter 9 debtor," Marc Levinson, the lawyer who filed the city's voluntary petition in the Eastern District of California, in Sacramento (Case 12-32118) told Reuters.

Pleadings in support of Stockton's eligibility for Chapter 9 bankruptcy will be filed on Friday, Levinson said.

Stockton, which officially declared insolvency and its desire to restructure its debt, also filed a separate list of its major unsecured creditors.

The California Public Employees' Retirement System, which manages Stockton's pension plan, tops the list. The retirement system has a $147.5 million claim for unfunded pension costs.

Other top creditors include investors holding $124.3 million of Stockton's pension obligation bonds, $40.4 million of the city's variable rate demand obligations, $35.1 million of the city's public facilities fees bonds and $31.6 million of the city's parking garage debt.

Wells Fargo Bank NA is listed as the trustee for the investors.

"We are extremely disappointed that we have been unable to avoid bankruptcy," Mayor Ann Johnston said in a statement. "This is what we must do to get our fiscal house in order and protect the safety and welfare of our citizens."

Negotiations with creditors ended on Monday with Stockton failing to win enough concessions to help close its budget shortfall for the fiscal year starting on July 1. The city will also file a motion to request permission to share information from the confidential mediation process.

HEALTHCARE TO BE PHASED OUT, PENSIONS UNCHANGED

The Chapter 9 bankruptcy filing, a rare event for U.S. municipal debt issuers, was left as the only option to close a deficit of $26 million in Stockton's budget for its the new fiscal year, according to city officials.

The budget approved on Tuesday by Stockton's city council suspends $10.2 million in debt payments and cuts employee compensation and retiree benefits by $11.2 million to help close the deficit.

About $7 million in savings would come from cutting retiree medical benefits for one year.

While the retiree medical benefits will eventually be eliminated, Stockton plans to leave its public pensions unchanged while in bankruptcy proceedings. Attempts to pare them would invite long and expensive challenges.

City Manager Bob Deis said he was out of options to balance the city's budget after deep cuts in recent years to Stockton's work force. City leaders rejected further cuts to the police department as Stockton is experiencing a surge in violent crime.

The city will maintain current levels of public services, although at the cost of Stockton shedding its retiree medical program and defaulting on more of its bonds, Deis told Reuters.

Stockton has already defaulted on about $2 million in debt since February, allowing the trustee for one of its bond insurers to seize a building once slated to be its future city hall and three parking garages.

"We need to spread the pain. What's left are creditors, our bondholders and retirees," Deis said.

Stockton has suffered a sharp drop in revenue since the collapse of its once red-hot housing market, forcing it to cut more than $90 million in spending in recent years.

The housing boom transformed the farming city into a distant bedroom community of the San Francisco Bay area, and the bust put it at, or near, the top of national foreclosure rankings in recent years.

Stockton becomes the nation's most populous city to file for Chapter 9 bankruptcy. But Jefferson County, Alabama, remains the biggest municipal bankruptcy in terms of debt outstanding, as it had a debt load exceeding $4 billion when it filed in 2011. Stockton has about $700 million in bond debt.

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services downgraded Stockton to default from selective default on Wednesday, citing the city's move toward bankruptcy and expectations that it will not substantially pay all of its obligations as they come due.

Moody's Investors Service on Wednesday cut to 'Caa3' various general fund-supported debts of the city, putting the ratings in the "substantial risk" category, one notch above the "may be in default, extremely speculative" grouping. Moody's said its move was based on Stockton's bankruptcy budget.
